Capstone Metering is a water resources management company based in Texas, USA. The "IntelliH2O" developed by Capstone is a self-powered intelligent water meter that applies remote communication technology to the water meter.

By managing the water system in real time, it is possible to save water and eliminate the need for manual meter reading. Through this agreement, he will combine Capstone Metering's technology with JM Energy's lithium-ion capacitors (LIC) to develop efficient next-generation water meters and related technologies.
